If you are a new patient, or have not had a Manual Therapy session here yet, your first package session will be your New Patient session.

In the initial session, we will create a custom treatment plan for your specific goals and circumstances. Treatment sessions can include a range of advanced massage modalities including Structural Alignment, Orthopedic, Myofascial, PNF, IASTM, and other techniques.

After you've had your New Patient session, the remaining sessions will focus on your customized treatment plan. Treatment sessions can include a range of advanced massage modalities including Structural Alignment, Orthopedic, Myofascial, PNF, IASTM, and other techniques.

Russian Sports Massage, Package of (5), 90 minute sessions:

 

Scientifically developed in Russia for athletic performance and recovery. This is perfect for those wanting a full body session for addressing minor concerns.

Craniosacral Therapy 3 session package

1 Clinical Herbalism Consultation:

 

Craniosacral Therapy supports nervous system regulation and allows the resolution of conditions resulting from stresses and traumas. Paired with an Herbal Medicine Consultation with Clinical Herbalist Josh Williams.

Reiki and various energy work modalities use non-moving light touch, and no touch patterns to affect the subtle and energetic bodies. Clients remain clothed during the session.
